Wine Tasting at Moonrise Bay Vineyard
Guests at Moonrise Bay Vineyard on Knotts Island in North Carolina were recently treated to a tasting by vineyard owners Richard Oakie and Kate Morris. Tasters pleased their palates with Moonrise Sauvignon Blanc, merlot, the blended Boathouse Red and Chambourcin. Samplings of muscadine and raspberry and blackberry dessert wines put a sweet finish on the offerings.
